As the Managing Partner, he works to constantly improve and move the business forward. SANDY TOLLEFSON

Sandy is the Chief Financial Officer Partner.

Sandy is responsible for the preparation of business and individual bookkeeping and all aspects of payroll. She also has considerable experience with non-profit organizations and a diverse group of other industries.

GENE HAMILL

Gene is the Chief Operations Officer Partner.

Gene handles operations for the Company and is in charge of human resources for employer/employee compliance.  He is primarily in charge of admistrative duties, Client relations, marketing and research, while overseeing every aspect of the day-to-day business.

Curtis is learning the ways of the Arcadia business.  He has high hopes of getting a higher education and working toward a senior executive position.  He currently works part-time helping with filing, shredding, office cleaning, and other minor tasks to earn Summer spending money.
