| To comply with password protection requirements going into effect July 1, 2010, anyone using Merchant Service-enabled QuickBooks files must download an upcoming June 2010 update. Without this update, you will not be able to open any company files that do not have “Customer Credit Card Protection” enabled. |

There are two new Federal laws that may impact small business employers and the unemployed.
1) The Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act. This is the
new law that provides tax incentives for employers to hire the unemployed.

2) The Small Business Tax Credit resulting from the new health care
legislation (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act). This is the
new law that provides a tax credit to help small business employers
